Using Nudge

Use Nudge lawfully and with accurate account information.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Do not use Nudge for fraud, spam, harassment, or anything that breaks the law or harms other people.

Your invoices and client data

You keep ownership of the content you add to Nudge.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, taxes, payment instructions, and client communications.

You should only upload or send information you have the right to use.

Payments and third-party tools

Nudge works with third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, hosting, and analytics tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Any payment processing fees, chargebacks, disputes, or account holds are handled by the relevant payment provider, not by Nudge.

Plans and billing

Nudge may offer free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to the pricing shown when you subscribe.

Paid subscriptions renew until you cancel. We may change pricing later, but we will not quietly backdate a new price onto an old billing period.

Availability and limits

We try to keep Nudge available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or a bug-free product.

We may update, improve, limit, or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or create risk for other users.

Liability

Nudge is software, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To the extent allowed by law, Nudge is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption caused by your use of the service.
