Short version: we use the information you give us to run Nudge, send the invoices and reminders you ask for, keep the product secure, and improve it. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

Account details like your name, email address, and login credentials.

Billing data you put into Nudge, including clients, invoices, notes, payment methods, and reminder settings.

Basic product and device data such as pages visited, browser information, and cookies used for login, security, and simple analytics.

How we use it

To create and run your account.

To send invoices, payment links, reminders, and account emails you ask us to send.

To keep the product working, prevent abuse, handle billing, and answer support requests.

To understand what is being used so we can fix issues and improve the product.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run Nudge, including hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, and database infrastructure.

We only share data with those providers when it is needed to operate the product or when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account and invoice data for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to run the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

If you want your data deleted, email us and we will work through the request with you.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@nudgebilling.com.

If you do not want analytics cookies, you can block them in your browser, but some product features such as login cookies are required for the app to work.
